Cindy Gilstrap is a local gal that lives right here in McKinney, Texas! She has always loved creating! Her style is eclectic and she loves mixing vintage items with new items to create something unique. She has taught scrapbook classes and mixed media art classes off an on since the late 90’s. She is currently part of an online art group that offers seasonal tutorials and art kits. You will also find her teaching at various art retreats around Texas. Spring is here and what better way to celebrate than with a bird nest? This little Junque Bird has decorated her nest with fun spring color treasures. Come and have fun making this little Spring Junque Bird nest. We will combine vintage and new items to create this little cutie. When you are done she will put a smile on your face!

Spread Some Happiness – A Mixed Media Collage Wall Hanging
You will love creating this sweet wall hanging in muted, neutral colors. It’s a perfect décor item for any home. Come and have fun learning how to combine different mediums and textures. We will create a collage background with distressed papers; make a flower from fabric, rubber stamp and more. Combining old and new items will make this the perfect little project.
